New opportunity has been announced by the Open Training College for students to commence a HETAC Level 8 Honours Degree (add-on programme) starting January 2012.

Available to graduates of:
• Social Care/Social Studies
• Teaching & Education
• Nursing (Intellectual Disability/Psychiatric)
• Psychology

Ireland’s only Disability Specific Honours Degree delivered using flexible online and distance learning methods allowing people to work and study at the same time.

Closing date for applications is Wednesday 21st November 2011, with interviews scheduled for December 2nd, 2011. Please note applicants must be currently working/volunteering in the area of disability services.

Tuition fees of €2,995 can be paid through an attractive instalment plan during the year.
