This event gave the members of the Immersion Change Teams the opportunity to reflect on the learning gained from Immersion and to share their experiences of the process so far.

The day began with a welcoming address from Ms Marion Meany, Interim Assistant National Director, HSE. The next presentation was on the challenges of change from Pat Fratangelo, followed by Muiriosa Foundation giving a detailed presentation on their change process that will enable other organisations to hear about what worked and what did not work? It was an honest review of the process including hearing from individuals, families, frontline staff and senior staff.

Roundtable discussions took take place in the afternoon which were facilitated by Prof Roy McConkey to explore the key themes for organisations implementing change

This event is open to the Immersion Change Teams, individuals and family members and all organisations interested in developing beneficial individualised supports to enable people to live good lives.

The fee per delegate will be €60.00 and with a special rate of €30.00 for people with disabilities or their family member.
