The Health Service Executive South (Cork, Kerry, Carlow, Kilkenny, Waterford, Wexford & South Tipperary) have been allocated National Lottery Funding for distribution to community based groups and voluntary organisations under the following terms:
- Respite Care Grant Scheme
- National Lottery Grant Scheme
Applications are invited from groups and organisations involved in the provision of Health and Personal Social Services for once off funding for viable projects (non major capital projects) which can be completed within a reasonable period of time:
Application forms are available to download on the HSE website.
Completed applications must be delivered in sealed envelopes to the relevant address for your area (listed below) and clearly marked “National Lottery Application 2009” to arrive no later than 5.00 p.m., Friday, 12th June, 2009.
