With the cabinet reshuffle completed, it has been confirmed this afternoon that Minister Kathleen Lynch will retain her existing brief in Disability and Mental Health, taking on an additional responsibility for Primary Care:  Minister of State at the Department of Health Kathleen Lynch With Special Responsibility for Primary Care, Mental Health and Disability.

A new Minister of State for Housing has been annouced: Minister of State at the Department of the Environment with Special Responsibility for Housing, Planning and Coordination of the Construction 2020 Strategy: Paudie Coffey.
