Inclusion Ireland will be holding a number of workshops on decision-making:

Workshops aimed specifically at PARENTS will be held in:

•  Keadeen Hotel, Newbridge – 8th November, 8pm
•  TF Royal Hotel, Castlebar – 24th November, 8pm

Seminars will discuss:

Guardianship; Legal Capacity; Ward of Court; Enduring Power of Attorney; Inheritance, Wills & trust Funds; Consent; who can consent & medical treatment, relationships, voting etc; Future of Law in Ireland & the law in other countries;

All workshops will take approx. 2 hours and will include an information pack

Fee: €5 for Inclusion Ireland Members, €20 for Non-Members

Workshop aimed specifically at PROFESSIONALS will be held in:

• Clayton Hotel, Galway – 25th November, 11am – 1.30pm

Seminar will discuss:

Capacity, Law and Future Developments; Case studies; Questions and discussion;

Fee: €50 (to include an information pack and light lunch)

Places strictly limited, and allocated on a first come, first served basis.
