HSE Guiding Principles Documents
In order to support services, the National HSE Disabilities Quality Improvement Office have developed a suite of Guiding Principles to support local designated centres when they are developing or revising their Schedule V policies. These National Guiding Principles will support HSE directly provided or funded disability services for adults. A steering group comprised of people supported and provider organisations developed these Guiding Principles. This work is compliant with the National Standards for Residential Services for Children and Adults with Disabilities (2013), the Health Act Regulations (2007 / 2013) and the HSE framework on the development of PPPG’s.
