Deputy Joan Burton asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the status of the allocation of enhanced disability services funding; if his attention has been drawn to the fact that some organisations have applied for EDS funding through Pobal as early as August 2008 and have not been notified as to the status of their funding application; if he will allocate EDS funding as soon as possible and communicate to the relevant applicants whether they have been successful; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
